Centenary

OLD PATS CENTENARY YEAR 2012/13

According to records the first meeting to discuss the formation of the club was on 17th Dec 1912 with the first match being played on 22nd Feb 1913. We aim to celebrate our Centenary in style and a committee has been formed to organise this centenary seasons events, sponsorship, kit/clothing etc.

The committee consists of:

• Saturday 1st September 2012 - Centenary Launch Dinner (Venue and President of RFU booked)
• Early Season - Junior Rugby Open Day
• Wednesday 26th December 2012 - Boxing Day Match versus a star-studded side
• Saturday 23rd February 2013 - Centenary Ball (Venue booked)
• Sunday 24th February 2014 - 1st Match Anniversary - OPRFC versus GRFU Presidents XV
• May 2013 - Close of Season Dinner (organised by OPRFC)
• May 2013 - Centenary Tour (organised by OPRFC)
