| Dan Eddie
Position: Coach Having spent 2 seasons at Pats as a player Dan has a great insight into the players and what it means to be an Old Pat. His experience as a player with England schoolboys, Scotland U21, Headingley, Leeds, Doncaster and England Legends combined with his previous experience coaching the backs at Doncaster brings an extra dimension to the team. Forming a superb team with Rob and the other coaches with a real focus on performance. |

| Rob Fidler
Position: Coach Rob brings his extensive career as a professional rugby player to the Pats where he has responsibility for coaching the forwards. During his career Rob played over 250 times for Gloucester, over 80 times for Bath and won 2 England caps. His skills and knowledge will ensure that the Pats pack continues to develop and his desire to continue playing will provide additional options to the 2nd row. |

Paul Knight Position: Assistant backs & defensive coach Working with Dan Eddie, Paul brings has clear thinking and understanding of the game to make for a formidable team. Having played for Sale, Pertemps Bees, Cinderford and England Counties his experience and knowledge of defensive issues ensures that defence is used as an attacking weapon. His coaching challenges the players and ensures that they focus as much on defence as attack. |

Isiah Young Position: Conditioning Coach Bringing his experience as a teacher, strength and conditioning coach and player to the Old Pats squad. Isiah ensures that the squad reaches the season well prepared but that this focus is mainteined throughout the season. With drills specifically designed to meet identified squad and individual needs and to support the style of play. Isiah will bring focus to the area of conditioning working with the players as a collective and as individuals. |

John Smith Position: Rugby Manager John works with all the senior mens sides to ensure that they have everything they need to perform on the pitch. John played centre for the Army and Harlequins and currently coaches the Artillery side. He has a straight forward approach to life and can be relied upon to go the extra mile, he expects the same of the players! |

Matthew Cape Position: Director of Rugby Matt played for Old Pats in the front row for 4 seasons and in a bid to retire has brought his experience of business and people management to the Old Pats. He works with the rest of the management team to ensure that everything is put in place to enable the players to deliver which some would say is far more than he brought them on the pitch! |
