The Old Pats is part of me and I have had some amazing days both on and off the pitch. As one of the young players in the squad when we won the Intermediate Cup at Twickenham in 2001 I know what it is like to come through from the juniors and be running around with the senior squad.

Playing at Twickenham in the magenta, blue and white was amazing and now being able to play an active part in helping the young talent we have in the squad develop and be the group to create more memorable days in fantastic.

The good news for everyone is that with the talent we have and the size of the squad I can spend more time on the touchline rather than keeping the 15 shirt warm on a Saturday!
