Welcome to the technical support and feedback page comprising instructions on how to use your Old Pats email and the technical support form for the reporting of any technical issues as well as feedback in relation to:

• The Old Pats website
• Your Old Pats email
• Mailchimp email system
• Social media channels
• Club registration and payment system (MemberMojo)

All Old Pats officials have been allocated their very own Old Pats email – firstname.lastname@oldpats.co.uk

To access your email via webmail (using your browser) from any device:

• Go to www.oldpats.co.uk/webmail
• Enter your email address and password
• If you arrive at your ‘Cpanel’ screen for the first time you need to locate the ‘Roubdcube’ box in top left corner and a) make sure the box that says ‘Open my inbox when I log in’ is clicked then b) click ‘Open’ at the bottom of the ‘Roundcube’ box which will take you to your webmail control panel.
• Don’t forget to change your password to a more memorable one. Once changed only you (not technical support) can access your emails.
